ENTERTAINMENT CENTER

Let's get this party started!

As you start living your Tiny Lifestyle, you have lots of choices on what to bring with you.  Your Tiny Home is customizable and you can design it to be bare bones or to be a high-tech communications and entertainment center.  Personally, I use my Tiny Home as my mobile office as well as my residence--so I went heavy on technology and enterainment.  Let me show you how I furnished my Tiny Home.
My first tiny home TV was a 50" LED 3D Samsung flatscreen.  LOL.  I learned quick I liked the Samsung brand but I definitely needed a smaller model.  I switched to a 32" model and then finally to a 28" model.  Perfect fit!  This 28" Samsung LED flat smart TV is Hi-Definition and easily handles my playstation, sound bar and Apple TV box.  This TV draws just under 100 watts from my Solar Panels.  I could watch TV all day running it off sunlight.

Yes, I actually have a home theater quality Samsung soundbar with a bluetooth subwoofer in my Stealth Van.  The sound is AMAZING.  I used to have my soundbar hooked up to my 50" TV, and it works just as well hooked to my 28" model.  Remember to get all the needed HDMI and Optical cables.  The beauty of this home theater sound system is that it runs off sunlight...yes, thank you Solar Panels!

These are top rated, super affordable HDMI cables.  They connect my Playstation to my TV.

This top rated optical cable connects my home theater sound system to my HD flatscreen smart TV.  This cable from Amazon is 3x's cheaper than the same cable sold at Target.  Totally worth it to do some comparison shopping, or just click the link here---------------------------->

This handy swing arm mount was perfect for attaching my Samsung TV to the inside rib of my Tiny Home Stealth Van.  I bought 2 of these swing arms from Best Buy...and they cost three times as much!  Do some comparison shopping, or just click here ---------------------------------------------->

You know, every guy needs a few toys...mine is the Playstation.  What's so great is that it is solar powered....yeah, it runs off my solar panels!  It draws around 50 watts...that's almost nothing.  Even if you are a dedicated XBox player you can still GO SOLAR and play Uncharted, Far Cry, Call of Duty or Skyrim to your heart's content using sunlight as power!

I'll let you know now that I am a dedicated Apple user... all my tech...everything!  I've had my 2009 model 27" IMac with the max upgrades desktop for 7 years.  It's amazing.  The trick is to max out the processor and RAM and graphics engine upgrades when you buy it so that it lasts for years and years.  When I moved into my Tiny Home I bought the VESA adapter so I could mount the monitor on a swingarm.

This is a VESA adapter.  It attaches to the back of a desktop IMac monitor so that you can use most any standard swing arm mount.  Just follow the included instructions and use the included tools and you can get this attached in about 5 to 10 minutes.

This versatile and affordable swing arm works great with BOTH my Samsung 28" TV and with my 27" Apple IMac desktop monitor.

This has so far been the BEST printer I've ever owned.  It's FAST, super affordable and no-nonsense.  The toner cartridges last forever.  Just a tip...don't buy HP printers...they are ink guzzlers and cost a small fortune to operate.

This is the toner cartridge to go with the Brother Printer pictured above.  There are 2 types of cartridges--regular and hi-yield.  I'd rather go with the hi-yield...it's lower maintenance.  You can also use knock off brands but use caution...read the reviews and choose a trustworthy quality toner.

This Amazon TV box is the competitor to the Apple TV box.  Amazon's version is top rated and has nearly all the same features.  I'm still an Apple user and I prefer the generation 3 Apple TV box.  Flip a coin on this...both are great options especially if your TV doesn't have "smart" features built in.

I've always been a desktop IMac user...until I bought my first MacBook Pro.  Now I'm hooked on this AWESOME laptop.  I got a top of the line 2015 model with all the upgrades.  I do a lot of work in Starbucks so having a laptop allows me to take care of business OUTSIDE of my Tiny Home.

I got this Seagate 4 terabyte external hard drive to go with my MacBook Pro laptop.  The Seagate drive comes with a USB type cord to attach to the laptop.  It has a nearly perfect rating and I think it's awesome.  Works great, high quality, super reliable and the price was right!

Laptops are like cell phones, you need a good protective case....believe me, you do NOT want to drop your $2500 laptop and bust it.  Get some good looking protection on that MacBook and invest in a hardshell snap on case.  This model has a cut out for the Apple logo.  Super cool!

I  bought a Ipad Mini 3 for my birthday.  Gold color.  I use it for everything--even as a phone.  It has amazing battery life.  It's like a jumbo phablet but still smaller than a standard Ipad.  I can fit this tech in my back pocket.  I use it for all my casual web surfing, email, and to watch YouTube.  It's easy to carry around compared to lugging around a laptop bag.

These IXCC charging cords are top rated, affordable and very durable.  I've been using these cords for years...since I had an Iphone 4s.  I like the extra long 10 foot cords.  I've got them laced through my Tiny Home and also a few in my car.

After researching a ton of different 12 volt car phone chargers, I chose this model by TECKNET.  It has 4 charger ports, two of which are optimized for phone and 2 for tablet.  I am SO HAPPY with this model.  It also glows with a cool blue LED light.  Works great.  Great reviews.  Good price!
